Since you cant sleep, and I am bored shitless, I thought I would ask you (because I have been wondering for some time) why Glitter was discontinued.. I came onto the scene after it was taken away and have asked a few people, some say it wasnt popular and others say it was a component issue... Anyway, I would just like to congratulate you on making the best perfume in the universe :P I loves me some Glitter!

I hope this was ok to ask here, if not, please feel free to cyber kick me in the shins and delete it :P

It was a combination of component issues and lousy sales. =/

I know that feeling all too well. I wish I could offer some advice.... maybe some TKO? :) I don't know about you, but I'm starting to feel punch drunk all day long.
Good luck in getting some zzzs!

Once, many moons ago, when I was at RAC, a woman came in looking for an oil to help her business generate more income. I know what she meant to ask for... Showers of Gold... but what came out was:

"Can I get a golden shower?"

I almost peed laughing.

I've blown well over a hundred bucks in the week since a new Lush opened just up the road from me at CityWalk. My skin's been iffy with this extreme heat, but the stuff I bought there has made a big difference already. And of course I had to buy tons of their bath goodies. You should see my head spin, trying to figure out which bubble bars would go with which scents I wear, body lotions, etc. I'm paranoid about clashing!

The stores are always so overwhelming for me, and I have to look at every single display, and there's so much I want.. then I have to whittle it down.. Still, I always end up spending so much more in person than I would online. Anyway. It makes me happy, and things that make me happy are worth spending big on these days. =)

i'm so jealous of the honeywood! if only i hadn't been working that night! i have a green day just waiting for the right moment. my flying fox is starting to 'turn,' so i've been trying to use it up before it gets any worse. i can't bear the thought of throwing it away! did you get a lot of disco's?

My mom, who is the anti-perfume type, was the one who turned me on to Lush. I still need to investigate their stuff further, as I'm all about bath stuff that doesn't dry out my skin (more).

As for the "can't sleep", though -- [MODE="inigo_montoya"]there, I can no' help you. I seem to be in the running for high priestess of Insomnia, Goddess of Sleep Deprivation.

I pray to that no-sleep temple, too, m'lady. I can't shut my brain off at night, so basically I'm still at the Lab in my sleep.

That's my problem. I can't shut my brain off, and no sleeping pill can help me with that. Seems like when I do manage to sleep, I'm semi-concious at best, going through work and worries in my head. The only thing that works for me on occassion is TAL Nocturne. That's knocked me out cold a couple of times, thankfully..
