I'm on tenterhooks over Election Day. Luckily, I have Zantac and Maalox to get me through the next couple of days.

I can't wait for this to be over.

Oh, me too. Tuesday evening I will be spending at my pal doombuggie's house, playing drinking games to the CNN coverage.

I didn't think I would be, but a couple of things today/tonight made me realize I am really, really nervous.

BTW, the last set of baby pics were too precious to be real :)

When I watched Obama's 30 minute ad, I realized just how freaked out I am over the outcome. I am willing to bet that I can hardly sleep Monday night especially since I am already counting the days. In fact, I'm subconsciously trying to speed them up since I kept thinking that today was Friday rather than Wednesday.

Pass me a Zantac please?? ;)

I second-third-fourth-fifth this emotion.

Obama is the first politician I've really believed in, in a long time.

gah-tonight (in Massachusetts) I spoke with peeps younger than me -not LIllith's age who are voting Nader-then again it is Massachusetts-and there wa quite a lot of bashing about the commercial-what about Palins voice coach wardrobe etc-anyway-pass the zantac pleaseEven Chumwick is closing his eyes for the next few days...
BTW-is LIllith growing exponantially or something-has she all of a sudden become 6 months old in the blink of an eye?

And I have so much work I can't see straight: coping mechanism by sheer happenstance.

I bought maalox while on my grocery outing yesterday. I knew I would need it. Just thinking about McCain/Palin in charge of this country makes me feel physically sick.

This is the first time in my 43 years that I've voted. Because this is the first time I've actually believed in a candidate.

Plus the fear factor of what would happen if those two buffoons actually win.

I'm going to throw myself into gaming, and avoid the news as much as possible. Not an easy task when you work for a newspaper. (and one that is endorsing M/P!!!)

It's hard to bear.

Yesterday I made this post:

Only to be followed up by this today :(

Please, please, please, let this go well next week.
